Chelsea's winger Pedro Neto is closing in on a transfer to Saudi Arabian outfit Al-Hilal. According to journalist Sasha Tavolieri, the 26-year-old Portuguese has already settled personal terms with the club.
The London club is open to selling the winger due to intense competition for places, with Estevao Willian, Geovany Quenda, Jamie Gittens, Morgan Rogers, and Mykhailo Mudryk also in the mix.

Al-Hilal has reached an agreement with Pedro Neto regarding personal contract terms! Chelsea are prepared to let Neto go and are looking for around €60 million (£52 million) for his transfer. Al-Hilal is confident that a deal with Chelsea will be finalised, and negotiations are ongoing.
Previously, Chelsea had demanded around £80 million from Premier League rivals Manchester City, but have now lowered their asking price for the foreign club to €60 million (£52 million).
Should the transfer go through, Neto will reunite at Al-Hilal with his Portugal teammate Ruben Neves, alongside Kalidou Koulibaly and Karim Benzema.
