PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement of the Site and applies to all information, including personal data of the User, received by the Site Administration during the User's interaction with the Site, the execution of the User Agreement, and any agreements between the Site Administration and the User. The use of the Site constitutes the User's unconditional consent to this Privacy Policy and the conditions for processing their personal data specified herein; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the User must refrain from using the Site.
Before using the Site, the User must carefully read this Privacy Policy.
PERSONAL DATA
By providing their personal data in any form (registration on the Site, placing orders, subscribing to promotional newsletters, etc.) to the Site Administration, the User expresses their consent to the processing of personal data by the Site Administration in accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ.
The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of executing the User Agreement and other agreements between the Site Administration and the User.
The processing of personal data is performed exclusively within the territory of the Russian Federation, in compliance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
The User's consent to the processing of their personal data is granted to the Site Administration for the period required to fulfill obligations between the User and the Site Administration under the User Agreement or other agreements between the User and the Site Administration.
In the event of the withdrawal of consent to the processing of the User's personal data, the User shall notify the Site Administration thereof in writing or via email. Upon receipt of such notification, the Site Administration shall cease the processing of the User's personal data and delete it.
The Site does not have the status of a personal data operator. The User's personal data is not transferred to any third parties, except in cases expressly provided for in this Privacy Policy.
MEASURES TO PROTECT PERSONAL DATA
In its activities, the Site Administration is guided by the Federal Law "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ.
The Site Administration takes all reasonable measures to protect the personal data of Users and observes the rights of personal data subjects established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
The protection of the User's personal data is carried out using physical, technical, and administrative measures aimed at preventing the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, breach of confidentiality, and data alteration. Security measures include firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to data processing centers, as well as authorization controls for data access.
CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
The Site Administration reserves the right to unilaterally make any changes to the Privacy Policy without prior notice to the User. The current text of the Privacy Policy is always posted on this page.
