USER AGREEMENT
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the operation of this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and defines the conditions for using the materials and services of the Site.
The Site Administrator provides information about themselves, as well as contact details for feedback, on the Site.
This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The performance of conclusive actions by individuals or legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the "User") aimed at using the Site is considered the unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. The User hereby confirms that the acceptance of the Agreement is equivalent to the signing and conclusion of the Agreement on the terms set forth herein.
TERMS OF USE OF THE SITE
The use of any materials and services of the Site is governed by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation. The materials and services of the Site are intended exclusively for use for lawful purposes.
The User has the right, at their own discretion, to review the materials and services of the Site, and to order and purchase goods and/or services offered on the Site.
The User agrees to use the Site without violating the proprietary and/or non-proprietary rights of third parties, as well as the prohibitions and restrictions established by applicable law, including without limitation: copyrights and related rights, trademark rights, service marks and appellations of origin, industrial design rights, the right to use images of people, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to the disruption of the normal operation of the Site and its services, in particular, using software to interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal functioning of the Site.
The use of the Site's materials without the consent of the copyright holder is not permitted. For the lawful use of the Site's materials, the consent of the Site Administrator or the copyright holder of the materials is required.
Subject to technical availability, the User has the right to leave comments and other posts on the Site. The User guarantees that comments or other posts do not violate applicable law; do not contain materials that are illegal, obscene, defamatory, discrediting, threatening, pornographic, hostile, or contain harassment and signs of racial or ethnic discrimination, incitement to commit actions that can be classified as criminal offenses, as well as being considered unacceptable for other reasons; do not contain materials promoting the cult of violence and cruelty, or materials containing profanity. The Site Administration does not undertake to pre-moderate materials and posts made by Users on the Site. The User bears sole and full responsibility for the comments and posts they leave on the Site.
The Site Administrator is not responsible for the User's visit to and use of external resources, links to which may be contained on the Site. The User follows the links contained on the Site to external resources at their own discretion and at their own risk.
The User agrees that the Site Administration is not liable to the User in connection with any possible or incurred losses or damages associated with any content of the Site, goods or services available on the Site or obtained through external sites or resources, or other contacts of the User entered into using information posted on the Site or links to external resources.
By providing their personal data to the Site Administration in any form (registration on the Site, placing orders, subscribing to promotional newsletters, etc.), the User expresses their consent to the processing of personal data by the Site Administration in accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ. The processing of the User's personal data is governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Site's Privacy Policy.
The Site Administrator has the right at any time, unilaterally and without any notice to the User, to change the content of the Site, as well as to change the terms of this Agreement. Such changes take effect from the moment the new version of the Agreement is posted on this page. The current version of the Agreement is always located on this page. To avoid disputes regarding changes to the Agreement, the Site Administrator recommends periodically reviewing the content of the Agreement located on this page. If the User disagrees with the introduced changes, they must refuse to use the Site.
The Site Administrator has the right to unilaterally restrict the User's access to the Site if they reasonably believe that the User is engaging in illegal activities. In addition, the administrator has the right to delete User materials at the request of authorized state bodies or interested parties if these materials violate applicable law or the rights of third parties.
The Site Administrator and the User are liable for the non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations in accordance with the Agreement and the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The Site Administrator is not responsible for technical interruptions in the operation of the Site; however, the Site Administrator undertakes to take all reasonable measures to prevent such interruptions.
All possible disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
All data hosted or being hosted on this Site are located on equipment situated within the territory of the Russian Federation.
The Administrator has the right to suspend the operation of the Site, as well as partially or completely terminate access to the Site until the completion of necessary technical maintenance and/or modernization of the Site.
By performing actions to accept this Agreement (offer), the User guarantees that they have read, agree to, and fully and unconditionally accept all the terms of the Agreement in their entirety, and undertake to comply with them.
