Marc Guehi

  • Asking price: $33.6 million
  • Suitors: Coventry City, Bologna
  • Verdict: Lock in profit. The forward, acquired from Barcelona's academy for just $6.9 million, is seen as a successful investment asset for resale.

Benoit Badiashile

  • Age / Position: 25 years, centre-back
  • Asking price: $40.4 million
  • Suitors: Napoli, Juventus
  • Verdict: Sell. The defender has struggled to establish himself in the first team. Securing $40 million for the Frenchman would be ideal for the club.

Liam Delap

  • Age / Position: 23 years, centre-forward
  • Asking price: $40.4 million
  • Suitors: Newcastle United, Nottingham Forest, Everton, Leeds United
  • Verdict: Loan or sell with an option to buy back. Without European competition, the forward may not get enough playing time, but it's premature to part ways without a safety net.

Nicolas Jackson

  • Age / Position: 25 years, centre-forward
  • Asking price: $87.4 million
  • Suitors: Tottenham Hotspur, Aston Villa
  • Verdict: Keep. The Senegalese striker is involved in an effective action every 131 minutes across four seasons. He will be beneficial alongside João Pedro and Danny Welbeck.

  • Asking price: $100.9 million
  • Suitors: Manchester City
  • Verdict: Sell if a generous offer comes in. With Marco Palhinha's arrival from Atalanta and the presence of Josh Achiampong, selling the Frenchman for a substantial sum seems logical.

Pedro Neto

  • Age / Position: 26 years, winger
  • Asking price: $100.9 million
  • Suitors: Manchester City
  • Verdict: Sell. The Portuguese player scored 5 goals and provided 6 assists in the Premier League this season. An offer around $100 million would be an excellent financial deal, especially considering Xabi Alonso's switch to a 3-4-2-1 formation.

Enzo Fernandez

  • Age / Position: 25 years, midfielder
  • Asking price: $161.4 million
  • Suitors: Manchester City, Atletico Madrid, PSG
  • Verdict: Keep (with caveats). The Argentine possesses a unique skill set, and his teammates appreciate his presence on the pitch. However, if the player wishes to leave, Chelsea may consider a transfer due to high competition in midfield.
