- Carlos Baleba (Brighton & Hove Albion): The 22-year-old midfielder from Cameroon is viewed as a long-term option to add physicality to the centre of the pitch. Brighton value their midfielder at over £75 million.
- Tyler Adams (Bournemouth): The American defensive midfielder would bring United significant experience in the Premier League and quality performances from the recent World Cup 2026. Bournemouth have already dismissed rumours of a willingness to sell him for £35 million.
