Manchester City manager Enzo Maresca has opened up about Enzo Fernandez for the first time since the Argentine midfielder's transfer from Chelsea. The Italian coach particularly praised Fernandez's wealth of winning experience.
Maresca stated:
He knows how to win — a World Cup, a Club World Cup. And the most important thing is he's a winner by nature.
Despite his accolades, Fernandez will not be part of City's captaincy group. When asked about it, Maresca confirmed:

The manager also updated the squad's situation ahead of the match against Coventry. Jeremy Doku remains unavailable, while Matheus Nunes has recovered and is back in contention.
