Manchester United and Barcelona are keeping tabs on Fulham midfielder Josh King. The 19-year-old has emerged as one of the few bright spots for the London club amid a dismal start to the season.
King has already netted two goals in the current Premier League campaign, while Fulham languishes at the bottom of the table after six matches without a win.
His impressive progress has piqued the interest of several top clubs, including Manchester United, who are reportedly monitoring his development.
Now, Barcelona have joined the race. According to reports from SPORT, the Catalan giants' sporting director Deco has added King to a list of young talents under consideration for future transfer windows.
Furthermore, interest in the midfielder is also emerging from the likes of Chelsea, Liverpool, Atletico Madrid, and Borussia Dortmund.
King is a product of Fulham’s youth academy, having been with the club since he was eight years old. He signed his first professional contract in January 2024, making his senior debut in the League Cup just seven months later.
In the 2024/25 season, King featured in 11 matches and subsequently signed a new four-year deal in summer 2025. His current contract runs until 2029, which gives Fulham a strong negotiating position should interest from these elite clubs turn into concrete offers.
