15-Second Brief
Chelsea, Bayern Munich, and Barcelona are interested in signing 19-year-old Brighton defender Luka Vuskovic. The Croatian recently moved from Tottenham, and his market value continues to rise sharply.

Chelsea are weighing up a move for talented Brighton centre-back Luka Vuskovic. The 19-year-old Croatian is also on the radar of Bayern Munich and Barcelona.

Vuskovic only joined the Seagulls this summer from Tottenham Hotspur, but according to TEAMtalk, the Blues are keeping a close eye on his development as he rapidly emerges as one of Europe's top young defenders.

He made a significant impression last season during his loan spell at Hamburg, seeing his market value soar from €18 million to €65 million in just a year.

Brighton paid around £46 million for the player, meaning they could now reap a considerable profit should they decide to sell. The Seagulls have a track record of cashing in on their top talents, having recently done so with players like Moises Caicedo and Alexis Mac Allister.

According to Christoph Falk from CF Bayern Insider, Bayern Munich see Vuskovic as a long-term target. Much will depend on whether the player himself fancies a return to Germany or opts to continue his career in the Premier League.
