15-Second Brief
Arsenal thrashed Lille 3-0 at the Emirates in the Champions League, scoring all three goals in the second half in just seven minutes thanks to impactful substitutions from Mikel Arteta. The team still has issues with finishing and the final pass.

Arsenal secured a convincing 3-0 victory over French side Lille at the Emirates Stadium. The English club has now won two matches in a row at the start of the Champions League.

The first half was fairly uneventful, ending in a goalless draw. However, after the break, the Gunners turned up the heat, scoring three goals in just seven minutes.

A standout factor in this turnaround was Mikel Arteta's substitutions, with Martin Odegaard, Kai Havertz, and Bukayo Saka all making a significant impact. Saka set up Eberechi Eze for the opener before adding his name to the scoresheet from a Havertz assist.

Despite the emphatic scoreline, there were still some concerns regarding Arsenal's finishing. Mikel Merino and Bruno Guimaraes missed pivotal chances in the first half that could have shifted the momentum.

Additionally, there were questions about the quality of the final pass, with Noni Madueke and Myles Lewis-Skelly making poor decisions in the critical stages of attacks. Next up for Arsenal is an away Premier League clash against Nottingham Forest.
