Willy Issa was left dissatisfied by the appearance of two strangers near Chelsea's closed training session on Friday. This was reported by insider Kieran Gill.
Issa has been with Chelsea since 2025, working in player support and development. Before joining the football club, he had a 17-year professional rugby career, mainly with Wigan Warriors. At Chelsea, he focuses on team culture and players' off-field issues, acting as a mental wellness expert.

Willy Issa was not too pleased that two unknown individuals walked past Chelsea's closed training session on Friday.
They used a secret entrance known only to regular visitors at the club's Surrey base. This door leads to a passageway among the plants, allowing access to the first team's building.
The security team was supposed to check their identities - they had permission to be there. However, Issa clearly wasn't happy that they were able to witness part of the team’s training.
