Juventus have officially announced the signing of midfielder Pap Matar Sarr from Tottenham. The 23-year-old Senegal international will continue his career in Turin.
Sarr made his move to Tottenham in 2021 from Metz, where he spent an additional season on loan back at the French club. During his time in England, the midfielder has racked up over 100 appearances in the Premier League.
In the 2024/25 season, Sarr played a pivotal role in Tottenham's triumph in the Europa League. On the international stage, he represents Senegal and was part of the squad that won the Africa Cup of Nations in 2022.
Earlier reports suggested that Sarr is moving to Juventus on a loan deal until the end of the season. The agreement includes an obligation to buy for £25.6 million, contingent on certain conditions being met.
