Mykhailo Mudryk played his first match for Tottenham, marking his return to the pitch in an official encounter after 646 days.
The Ukrainian winger came on as a substitute in the 74th minute of the Premier League clash against Nottingham Forest, replacing Matys Tel. The match at the City Ground finished in a goalless draw.
Mudryk joined Tottenham from Chelsea on September 1 on a season-long loan, with the London club announcing the deal on transfer deadline day.
Before today's outing, Mudryk's last official appearance had been for Chelsea against Heidenheim in the Conference League back in November 2024. Now, after a long absence, the Ukrainian was back on the pitch for an official match.
During his time on the field, Mudryk logged around 20 minutes. According to statistics from FotMob, he had four touches on the ball, completed one accurate pass out of two attempts, and covered 2.4 kilometres.
This return comes amid significant interest in Mudryk after his lengthy break from competitive football. The challenge ahead for him is to gradually regain match fitness and establish himself in Roberto De Zerbi's squad.
For Tottenham, the draw earned them their first point of the season; however, the team remains without a goal in their opening three league matches.
