According to ten Hag, Nijstad has attracted attention from some of Europe's biggest clubs. Manchester United is mentioned as one of the teams monitoring the defender's development.
However, specific details regarding United's interest remain undisclosed. There are no confirmations that the Manchester club has made an official bid or started negotiations with Twente.
