Manchester United narrowly escaped a defeat in their Premier League away match against Fulham, finishing 1-1.
The Red Devils found themselves on the back foot shortly after the hour mark due to an unfortunate own goal from Lisandro Martinez. Fortunately for United, they salvaged a point late in the game, courtesy of Matheus Cunha, who rescued them from what would have been a third consecutive defeat across all competitions. However, the scoreline could have been much worse if not for the stellar performance of goalkeeper Senne Lamens in the first half.
The Belgian shot-stopper made an impressive six saves throughout the match, with metrics showing he prevented 1.48 goals. His calmness and sharp reflexes early on were vital in keeping the Manchester side from spiralling into yet another disaster.
