Liverpool have signed 18-year-old defender Ifeanyi Ndukwu from Austria Vienna for £2.6m and immediately loaned him to Levante for a year.
Liverpool have officially confirmed the signing of 18-year-old central defender Ifeanyi Ndukwu from Austria Vienna for a fee of £2.6 million.
The young defender will spend the 2026/27 season on loan at Levante in Spain's La Liga.
The transfer was finalised following a successful pre-season trial. However, as Ndukwu does not yet possess the necessary points for an automatic UK work permit, a loan in Spain's top division will allow him to gain the essential game experience and qualification points.
