Strasbourg initiate talks for Chelsea's David Washington
French club Strasbourg have started negotiations to sign 21-year-old Brazilian striker David Washington from Chelsea before the current transfer window closes. According to journalist Nizar Kinsella, the French side, part of the BlueCo multi-club structure alongside the Londoners, is leading the race for the player's signature.
