French club Strasbourg have completed a deal to bring 21-year-old Brazilian forward David Washington from Chelsea.
As reported by insider Fabrizio Romano and journalist Cyril Olivès from L'Équipe, the forward is making a permanent switch to the Ligue 1 outfit.
The Brazilian has already arrived in France to undergo medical checks and sign a long-term contract with the Alsatian club.
