Turkish outlet Sözcü Gazetesi has reported an unexpected bid from Besiktas to lure 26-year-old Tottenham midfielder Conor Gallagher.
The initiative for this move comes from Besiktas' head coach Vincenzo Italiano, who has personally requested club hierarchy to facilitate the transfer of the Chelsea academy graduate. The Turkish side has already tabled a loan offer for the player.
