Tottenham will play away against Nottingham Forest in the Premier League. Roberto De Zerbi awaits the return of Savinho and Mohammed Kudus. Dejan Kulusevski has resumed training. The debuts of new signings Mikhail Mudrik and Tosin Adarabioyo are expected.

London's Tottenham return to Premier League action this weekend. The team is heading to Nottingham Forest in search of their first points of the season.

After spending over £300 million on transfers during the summer, Spurs have started the campaign in disappointing fashion, suffering two defeats to Brentford and Newcastle.

Manager Roberto De Zerbi admitted that the pre-season tour left his squad physically unprepared for the rigours of the new season.

However, he is optimistic about the availability of new signing Savinho, purchased from Manchester City for £85 million, as he looks to recover from a muscle injury ahead of Saturday's clash.

Additionally, the team will be bolstered by the return of Mohammed Kudus, who made his comeback from a serious injury last weekend, coming on as a substitute for the first time since January.

Another positive note is the return of Dejan Kulusevski to full training after more than a year on the sidelines due to a complex knee injury that required two surgeries.

However, the only serious concern remains James Maddison, who sustained a shoulder fracture in the opening match.

New signings Mikhail Mudrik and Tosin Adarabioyo are also expected to be registered in time for the weekend, with De Zerbi set to confirm this during his press conference.

Projected Tottenham lineup:

Kinski; Porro, Jan Paul van Hecke, Van de Ven, Udogie; Bentancur, Tonali, Fernandes; Savinho, Marmush, Tel.
