Real Madrid could sign Mac Allister: player's family open to transfer

Father of Liverpool midfielder Alexis Mac Allister has hinted at the possibility of his son moving to Real Madrid in the future.

As it stands, the Spanish giants have yet to make contact with the 27-year-old Argentine's representatives. Meanwhile, Liverpool's hierarchy has not initiated negotiations for a new contract with their star player.

Mac Allister's current deal with the Reds runs until 2028. However, next summer will see the midfielder enter the final year of his contract, which could push both parties to make decisive moves in the transfer market.
