Manchester City's Erling Haaland has catapulted into seventh place in the all-time Champions League scoring charts.

The Norwegian superstar netted a brace in City's 2-0 victory over Porto in the first round of this season's competition.

With 59 goals in just 59 matches, Haaland has seen off competition from the likes of Thomas Muller, who has scored 57 goals in 163 appearances.

In terms of the all-time greats, the forward now trails only behind Raul and Kylian Mbappe, both of whom have 71 goals.

Also ahead of him are Karim Benzema (90), Robert Lewandowski (109), Lionel Messi (129), and the record holder Cristiano Ronaldo, who remains untouchable at 140 goals.
