Tottenham manager Roberto De Zerbi has given the team a week off, despite their last-place position in the Premier League. The break applies to players not called up for international duty. Winger Mykhailo Mudryk is recovering from injury.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Roberto De Zerbi has decided to grant his squad a rare week off following a dismal start to the season. This news comes via The Telegraph.

Interestingly, the Italian coach had recently expressed concerns over the team's fitness levels, and things have certainly not gone to plan on the pitch. Currently, Spurs find themselves rock bottom of the Premier League table.

The North London side sits in 20th place, having managed to secure just two points from their first five matches of the campaign.

A portion of the squad has departed for international duty, meaning this break applies only to those players remaining at the club, excluding any who are currently sidelined by injury.

In other news, winger Mykhailo Mudryk is on the road to recovery from injury. The talented player is expected to make his comeback on 31 October in a match against Crystal Palace.
