Emerson equalised with a header before Palace defender Axel Disasi was shown a straight red card for a reckless challenge on Jack Clarke. Just before the break, Davis put Ipswich Town ahead.
In the second half, Strand Larsen restored parity, but a late winner from the substitute Fleming secured a 3-2 victory for the visitors in the dying moments.

It’s tough to play with ten men against eleven, but I think we handled it well by switching to a 5-3-1 formation and restricting their space.
We made a mistake before the break. Ultimately, we came back into the game through team efforts. We were close to making it 3-2 ourselves. I’m disappointed for the players because they put in a great shift and deserved at least a draw.
