Tottenham forward Richarlison has given the green light to a move to Trabzonspor. The terms of his personal contract have been agreed, but the Turkish club must still negotiate a transfer fee with the Spurs.
Insider Fabrizio Romano reported:
Richarlison has consented to the move to Trabzonspor, with a salary agreed that would see him earn three times his current wage at Tottenham.
The Spurs have rejected two offers — £15 million and £20 million. A new bid is expected shortly, as Richarlison is a top target for Trabzonspor.
Earlier, Turkish journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu revealed that the Brazilian had verbally accepted the transfer and is eager for Tottenham to accept the proposal.
Spurs manager Roberto De Zerbi has also acknowledged the forward's desire to leave the club: “Richarlison has expressed his wish to depart on too many occasions.”
Trabzonspor is now preparing a third offer. The transfer remains possible as the window in Turkey is still open.
