Sunderland defender Kevin Danso has shared his thoughts on the 1-1 draw with Brentford.

This match marked Danso's debut for Sunderland following his move from Tottenham.

“We started the game very well. I played here two weeks ago for Tottenham. Brentford are a quality team that know what to do,” the defender said.

Danso admitted that the team had a shaky start to the second half but managed to finish the match strongly.

“In the second half, we didn’t start well, but we concluded the game well.”
