Ipswich have officially confirmed the signing of forward Zian Fleming. The Dutch player has made the move to the Premier League newcomers from Burnley.
The 28-year-old has put pen to paper on a four-year deal.
Reports say that the London club paid £20 million for Fleming. Last season, he enjoyed a promising campaign, netting 11 goals in 29 Premier League appearances.
Fleming himself has shared his thoughts on the transfer:
“I’m very proud to sign with Ipswich.”
“I played in the Premier League last season and really enjoyed my first season at the top level, competing against the best players and teams in the world, so I'm excited to be back in it with such a great club as Ipswich.”
“I will give everything every time I step onto the pitch, and I can’t wait to meet the fans. The first game is on Friday against Liverpool, which is very soon, and I’m looking forward to getting started.”
