Chelsea have not yet received an official transfer proposal from Manchester City regarding Enzo Fernandez, reveals insider Oluwagbenga Toluwani.
According to the source, the Manchester club's representatives are engaged in daily negotiations with the Argentine midfielder.
The journalist has also firmly refuted any claims of an agreement between Chelsea and Monaco over a move for Lamin Kamara. At this moment, no such deal is in place.
