Brian Mbeumo thanked Manchester United fans for their incredible support during a seven-match winless streak, putting pressure on Michael Carrick.

Manchester United's Brian Mbeumo has lauded the unwavering support of the club's fans, describing their loyalty during a testing season as nothing short of 'incredible'.

Despite a struggle for consistency this term — highlighted by a recent 4-1 defeat to Como, which extended the club's winless streak to seven matches — Mbeumo insists that the fans continue to provide crucial backing.

Our fans are clearly the best. Manchester United is a massive club with an enormous fanbase, and yes, when you play at Old Trafford or even away, they are always loud, supporting us, and that’s just incredible,” the forward shared in an interview with the club’s media.

Mbeumo also noted how the crowd's reaction during key moments can uplift players on the pitch:

Even when we're throwing a throw-in or going for a tackle, they really get fired up and lift us. We don't always see it, but we feel it on the pitch.

Even when we’re gearing up to shoot or have a scoring chance, we can sense them all getting up, and that helps us tremendously.

The player also welcomed the bond between the men's and women's teams, emphasising the importance of a shared sense of unity. Manchester United's women's midfielder, Simi Avuho, supported her teammate, highlighting the value of fans attending matches for both teams.
