Tottenham and Manchester City are showing keen interest in 18-year-old French striker Mohamed Kader Meite from Al-Hilal. The talented forward has also attracted attention from several other Premier League clubs.
According to TEAMtalk, Arsenal and Manchester United enquired about Meite ahead of the summer transfer window closure and continue to monitor the situation closely.
Meite is viewed as one of the most promising young players at Al-Hilal. However, the Saudi club does not face any financial pressure to sell the striker, suggesting that they will likely demand a hefty fee for his transfer.
The forward joined Al-Hilal from French side Rennes in February 2026 for a reported fee of around €30 million. Meite's contract with the Saudi club runs until June 2029.
Prior to his move to Al-Hilal, Manchester United also showed interest in him, with reports indicating that the potential transfer fee at that time was around €30 million.
Meite holds dual French and Ivorian nationality and has made one appearance for the Ivory Coast U23 national team.
As per Transfermarkt, the young striker's current market value is estimated at €18 million.
