Independent football regulator to charge English clubs up to £1.8 million annually
The Independent Football Regulator (IFR) has proposed an annual fee for clubs across the top five divisions of men's football in England. The total budget for the organisation will be £20.3 million, with the new funding system set to commence from the 2027/28 season.
