Entain calls on clubs to cut ties with illegal betting sponsors
Betting giant Entain has sent official letters to the leadership of ten Premier League clubs urging them to immediately review and terminate contracts with offshore betting brands lacking UK licences. This appeal coincides with the conclusion of consultations by the UK’s Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport regarding the legality of such sponsorship deals.
