Luka Vuskovic continues to make waves across Europe, with some of the continent's top clubs circling the 19-year-old central defender from Brighton. Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Liverpool are all reportedly keen, with Vuskovic's market value soaring to approximately £65 million.
The Croatian joined the Seagulls last summer after making a name for himself during a successful loan spell at Hamburg, with Brighton splashing out £50 million to bring him from Tottenham.
Since his arrival at the Amex, Vuskovic has quickly adapted to the rigours of the Premier League, establishing himself as a key player for a team that is beginning to brace for life without the experienced Lewis Dunk.
Interest in the young defender has intensified in recent weeks, as Real, Barcelona, and Liverpool view him as a substantial option to bolster their defences.
For the Merseysiders, Vuskovic’s potential is particularly appealing as they ponder long-term replacements for their talismanic centre-back, Virgil van Dijk — and he finds himself high on their list of candidates.
But it’s not just the Reds who have been keeping tabs; Bayern Munich and Chelsea are also monitoring his situation. The Blues notably explored the prospect of signing Vuskovic last summer but ultimately passed on making a firm bid, which led to Brighton concluding the deal.
That has now put Brighton in a much stronger negotiating position for any potential suitors.
Vuskovic is under contract until 2031, with an option for an additional year, and in just a few months, his estimated worth has ballooned significantly.
As it stands, while interest from these elite clubs is growing, specific transfer offers or discussions have yet to materialise.
