Scouts from the Premier League return to Russia for the derby
For the first time since 2022, representatives from the English Premier League have arrived in Russia to watch players live. According to BBC Sport, scouts from four top clubs — Manchester City, Arsenal, Brighton, and Liverpool — will attend today's Moscow derby between CSKA and Spartak.
