Arsenal secured a hard-fought victory over Chelsea with a scoreline of 2-1 in the third round of the Premier League at the Emirates.
It was a surprising start for Chelsea as they took the lead early, with Morgan Rogers capitalising on a pass from Jorginho Hato to make it 1-0 just two minutes in.
However, Arsenal quickly seized control and equalised before the break when Kai Havertz connected with a well-timed assist from Declan Rice in the 25th minute, bringing the score to 1-1.
At the beginning of the second half, the Gunners completed their comeback. Martin Odegaard found the net in the 50th minute following a pass from Christos Tsolis, putting Arsenal ahead 2-1.
Chelsea fought hard to level the match again, but Arsenal held onto their lead until the final whistle.
This win marked a third consecutive league victory for Mikel Arteta's side, maintaining their perfect start to the season.
