Corinthians are reportedly seeking at least €30 million for Andre Luis after his first Brazil call-up; Nottingham Forest offered €12 million in the summer.

Nottingham Forest and Crystal Palace could face a significantly higher price if they renew their interest in Andre Luis. Following a strong run of form and his first Brazil call-up, Corinthians are now seeking at least €30 million for the midfielder.

Forest made the most concrete move in the summer.

The English club offered €12 million, but Corinthians rejected the bid and made a counter-proposal. Talks continued for a while, but no deal was reached.

The player's agent, Diogo Silva, later said Forest had eventually turned their attention to Gustavo Puerta.

Crystal Palace also monitored Andre Luis and sent a representative to the match against Remo, in which the midfielder provided an assist. The club's head of South American scouting later confirmed their interest.

However, neither English club is currently in talks over the player.

His situation changed in the autumn.

After returning from injury, Andre Luis re-established himself in Corinthians' starting line-up, started six consecutive matches and received his first Brazil call-up from Carlo Ancelotti for November's friendlies against Japan and Singapore.

Corinthians believe his first national team call-up and consistent performances allow them to raise his price significantly.

According to RTI Esporte, the club are now seeking offers of at least €30 million.

The 20-year-old midfielder has made 41 appearances this season, scoring six goals and providing two assists.

His contract runs until December 2029, so Corinthians are under no pressure to sell quickly.

AC Milan previously also tried to sign Andre Luis, but that transfer fell through.
