Marco Palestra says he must improve to succeed at Chelsea

Chelsea newcomer Marco Palestra has admitted he needs to improve significantly if he is to succeed and establish himself at the club.

Speaking to Standard Sport, the defender highlighted the importance of hard work as he adapts to the demands of the Premier League and life at Stamford Bridge.

“I need to improve to succeed at Chelsea. I need to improve my game. I need to get better from match to match. The adaptation is going well, but the standard of players here is much higher than in Serie A. The intensity is incredible!” said the Italian defender.
