Insider Fabrizio Romano has reported a verbal agreement between Italian side «Como» and London club «Chelsea» regarding the transfer of 27-year-old central defender Trevo Chalobah.

The clubs have fully agreed on the financial terms of the deal.

Fixed amount: «Como» will pay €30 million for the England international.

Bonuses and resale: An additional €6 million is set aside in bonus payments, with «Chelsea» also receiving a percentage of any future resale of the player.

Chalobah himself has expressed a strong desire to continue his career in Italy and is eager to compete in the Champions League under the guidance of Cesc Fabregas.
