Meanwhile, Haaland opted for a fresh look at the beginning of the 2026/27 season, chopping off his signature long locks. Fans quickly speculated that the Norwegian had done this to troll his rival supporter. However, The United Strand dismissed these theories, clarifying in the comments that the striker merely got his haircut after United's seventh win against Sunderland, not the fifth.
