Italian side Como, under the management of Cesc Fabregas, is on the verge of finalising the transfer of 27-year-old Chelsea centre-back Trevo Chalobah.
The clubs have agreed on the terms of the deal: a fixed compensation of £25 million, with an additional £5 million in bonuses tied to performance. The player is set to sign a five-year contract with Como, running until 2031, once he completes his medical examination.

Having played over 100 matches in the Premier League, Chalobah opted to turn down interest from Inter and other European clubs in favour of regular playing time under Fabregas's project.
