England manager Thomas Tuchel has shared his insights following his side's 3-2 defeat to Spain in the Nations League.

I think we had a terrible start. The worst possible beginning, making it very difficult to come back against a team like that. After 10 or 12 minutes, we were, in my opinion, the better team; yet we still made two or three significant errors that created dangerous moments. That said, those were our best 15 minutes after the whistle.
The absence of Arsenal's Declan Rice impacted ball control, although it's debatable whether his presence would have saved the team from the glaring defensive blunders.
The third goal from the Spaniards proved unstoppable. Substitutes Alex Baena and Mikel Oyarzabal effortlessly breached the England defence, confirming the final score.
