So far, the 22-year-old winger has struggled for game time in Birmingham. He has yet to make a Premier League start and has only managed just over half an hour of play in three matches after coming off the bench. In the EFL Cup against Coventry City, Garnacho remained on the bench.
Sources from both clubs emphasize that no final decision has been made regarding the player's future. Aston Villa still believes that Garnacho has the potential to shine and secure a full transfer.
