Chelsea is finalising the details for the transfer of Pep Chavarria. Insider Fabrizio Romano reported this on his social media.

The deal with Spanish club Rayo Vallecano is almost done. A few days ago, the English side made a new offer that was satisfactory to both parties.

The fixed transfer fee will be 19 million euros. The clubs are currently clarifying the exact amounts and conditions of the bonus payments.

Once all details are agreed upon, the player will receive the green light to fly to England to complete the move.
