Como's head coach Cesc Fabregas might have a unique opportunity to exit the Italian club under special conditions for a move to Chelsea, Arsenal, or Barcelona, as reported by journalist Gianluca Di Marzio.
According to Di Marzio, Fabregas is not in a rush to accept the first big offer that comes his way. He is keen to wait for the right choice:
Fabregas will only leave Como for a super top club like Barcelona or Arsenal. But with Barcelona extending their contract with Hansi Flick and Arsenal clearly satisfied with Mikel Arteta, I don't think he's going to jump at the first top club that needs a manager.
Di Marzio believes that the Spaniard is confident about his future prospects and is in no hurry to change clubs:
He’s like a calculator. He knows that one day he will manage one of these top clubs. He’s not in any rush. Last year, he turned down offers from Inter, Roma, and Bayer. Moreover, Como didn't want to let him go.
