Virgil van Dijk calls for Liverpool to make new signings

Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk has made a clarion call for his club’s hierarchy to secure new signings before the transfer window slams shut.

The Dutch defender laid out his thoughts on how the team could improve compared to last season:
