Victor Djoekereš has voiced his frustration over limited game time at Arsenal, despite his productive performances for Sweden.

Arsenal striker Victor Djoekereš has revealed that he is keen to get more game time at the club. So far this season, he's made just 29 minutes of appearances in the Premier League, as manager Mikel Arteta has opted for Kai Havertz up front.

Of course, I want to play as much football as I can. I hope that time will come,

Djoekereš told The Athletic.

As a footballer, you always want to be on the pitch… but we have an incredibly strong squad with a lot of quality players.

The 28-year-old forward has actually clocked up more minutes for the Sweden national team this season than he has for Arsenal, contributing goals in victories against Romania and Poland. Sweden's head coach Graham Potter even joked about Djoekereš's eagerness to play:

If I tell Victor to rest in the next match, he’ll take my head off.
