Additionally, the agreement includes a clause whereby Spurs will receive 10% of any future sale fee for the player.

Spence has signed a long-term contract with the nerazzurri, committing to the club until 2031.

During his four years at Tottenham, Spence made 85 appearances, notably winning the UEFA Europa League last season and representing England at the World Cup this summer.
