In a thrilling friendly match, Milan defeated Manchester United 4-2.
The encounter began brightly for the English side, with Harry Maguire giving them the lead just two minutes in, finishing off a precise ball from Bruno Fernandes.
However, the Italian outfit found their feet towards the end of the first half. Samuel Chukwueze netted the equaliser in the 37th minute, assisted by Goncalo Ramos.
United regained the advantage early in the second half when Patrick Dorgu found the back of the net in the 51st minute, sending the travelling supporters into a frenzy.
But the joy for the Mancunians was short-lived, as Milan dominated the latter stages of the match.
Alfadho Cisse levelled things up in the 57th minute, converting Chukwueze's assist.
Just 11 minutes later, Goncalo Ramos put his side ahead, with Chukwueze again assisting.
Rubin Loftus-Cheek then sealed the comeback for the Rossoneri, scoring in the 71st minute after yet another assist from Ramos.
Interestingly, despite their defeat, United outperformed Milan in terms of expected goals (xG), registering 2.82 compared to Milan's 1.83.
Nonetheless, the Italians had the lion's share of possession, controlling 60% of the ball, and tested the United goalkeeper more frequently, with 9 shots on target compared to United's 6.
