Kevin Viveros has caught the eye of European clubs after an impressive season in Brazil. The 26-year-old Colombian forward, currently playing for Atletico Paranaense, is being closely monitored by Sunderland and Aston Villa.
According to sources, Sunderland have already sought recommendations regarding Viveros and are continuing to keep tabs on his situation.
Aston Villa have taken it a step further; the club has already made contact regarding the player and is regularly updated on his performances.
Interest in Viveros is not limited to the Premier League, with clubs from Saudi Arabia and Russia also expressing their intentions.
However, there hasn't been a concrete offer from either English club just yet.
The growing interest from Premier League sides is likely to significantly raise Viveros's transfer fee. Reports suggest that Atletico Paranaense is currently looking to secure around £25–35 million for the forward.
Previously, Atletico Paranaense rejected serious offers from Brazil, including bids from Flamengo and Corinthians earlier in 2026, which were close to £13 million but deemed insufficient.
The president of Atletico Paranaense, Mario Celso Petraglia, has publicly stated the club's reluctance to part ways with the player.
