Respected insider Fabrizio Romano has commented on transfer rumours. The journalist dismissed information regarding a potential move for Francisco Conceição to Manchester United.
Earlier reports suggested that the Portuguese winger had become a target for the Manchester club. However, there are currently no discussions between the clubs.
“There is absolutely nothing to this, not even a phone call,” Romano stated.
The expert added that all parties have already denied these reports.
“From the player’s camp, from United, from Juve,” the insider clarified.
According to the journalist, the Turin side are not planning to part ways with the player. The winger remains an important part of Luciano Spalletti's plans.
“Today Juve are not actively looking for a chance to sell Conceição, and Conceição is not looking for a way to leave Juve,” Romano said.
A massive offer could change everything, but at this moment, United are not pursuing the Portuguese player.
