As reported by Diario Sport, Jules Kounde's diminishing role in Barcelona's starting XI has attracted significant interest from numerous Premier League sides, notably Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United, and Manchester City.
Kounde's form started to falter last season, with the summer transfer window seeing him considered for a potential exit. However, he ultimately opted to remain at Camp Nou. Unfortunately for the French defender, the current campaign has not been promising, as he finds himself out of favour, losing the battle for the right-back position to Eric Garcia, resulting in three consecutive matches spent on the bench without a single minute played.
Despite these struggles, his experience and versatility—capable of playing both in defence and centre-back—are highly valued by the English clubs. While no official offers have been made yet, Kounde is not currently contemplating a move away from Barcelona, who are also not keen on offloading him unless they receive a substantial offer. In light of Kounde's situation, Barcelona is reportedly eyeing potential replacements, including Pedro Porro from Tottenham Hotspur and Ivan Fresneda from Sporting Lisbon.
